He’s an eye-catching Hound with old-fashioned charm, and that is just scratching the surface of this big galoot. As far as Willie is concerned, surface scratching is nice but ear scratches are better, and belly rubs are just the best. With just 2 years under his belt, he has grown to be one of the largest and sweetest Coonhound mixes seen at the shelter.

This year’s Chili’s Annual Sizzlin’ Showdown Golf Tournament is Wednesday, June 4. Hole sponsorships are available for $50 each and your donation is tax-deductible. We had over 70 sponsors for last year’s tournament and each had fun with creating their own mini-billboard to honor, memorialize, thank or just promote. Volunteer help is vital for helping save animals’ lives. Volunteers are needed to perform a variety of services, including kennel enrichment, socialization and dog walking, assist at community adoption events, fund raising, administrative tasks, helping with animal transport, bathing and grooming, providing basic training to dogs, general or spot cleaning kennels or sharing other skills.
