231StudiodVolunteer help is vital for helping save animals’ lives. Volunteers are needed to perform a variety of services, including kennel enrichment, socialization and dog walking, assist at community adoption events, fund raising, administrative tasks, helping with animal transport, bathing and grooming, providing basic training to dogs, general or spot cleaning kennels or sharing other skills. Attending a volunteer orientation is how to get started!

The orientation beings promptly at 10:00a and concludes at 10:50a. The classes are at the Greenwood Animal Shelter Adoption Center located at 235 Wilbanks Circle. Download the volunteer pamphlet for more information and the application to complete and bring with you on Saturday.
