Petco Adoption Event – April 1, 2017
The Humane Society of Greenwood will be at Petco in Greenwood, SC, Saturday from 12p to 4p with adoptable pets from the Greenwood County Animal Shelter. Available dogs and cats will be there for you to visit, play with, and adopt. We’ll look forward to seeing you there!

Pet Detectives assist lost and found pets of Greenwood, SC by encouraging people on Facebook to file reports with the animal shelter. These volunteers also reach out to those who have found or lost a pet via phone to follow up and verify if the pet is still lost or get updates. Find out more »YMCA Healthy Kids Day Saturday, April 29th 9am to 11:30a
The Humane Society of Greenwood will be at the YMCA in Greenwood located at 1760 Calhoun Rd Saturday, April 29th for Healthy Kids Day. We will have a special furry friend with us and will be talking with kids about dog bite prevention as well as the benefits of pets for our health.
