The Humane Society of Greenwood and the Petco Foundation are celebrating October’s National Adopt-A-Shelter-Dog Month at the Greenwood County Animal Shelter. During the month of October, dog adoption fees are reduced to $50. All dogs are vetted: spayed or neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, dewormed, and microchipped.
