Pets of the Week – November 11, 2019 (Grump and Neptune)

Grump

Grump

Meet Grump, an 8-year-old Chihuahua who’s looking for a special home. Chihuahua lovers know they can be a bit choosy when it comes to their selected people, and this guy is no exception. But once he decides you’re his, all he wants to do is sit in your lap and be adored. Grump is a special needs dog, as he has a grade-6 heart murmur, so he’s looking for a home where he can just hang out and relax. November is Adopt-a-Senior-Pet Month, so please consider giving Grump the love he deserves.

Neptune

Neptune

Neptune is one of those cats that will win over anyone, even those who claim to be strictly dog people. And it’s not just his good looks, which by the way, are out of this world. He is a stunning black and white tuxedo kitty with some of the most attractive markings you’ll ever see. His head is black, except for his muzzle, which is bright white with a pointed streak going up between his eyes. PLUS, he’s playful, sweet, and loving, serenading any attention with a loud purr and a head butt. This 6-month-old feline is simply fabulous.

The adoption fees are generously sponsored by Debbie and Graham Smith for both featured pets through November 16, 2019. To see these and other available dogs and cats for adoption, visit the HSOG Adoption Center located at 2820 Airport Road, Tuesday through Saturday, 12p to 5p.
