I.D. / RABIES TAGS

Identification tags are to a dog and cat what a driver’s license is to a person. Yet National Pet Recovery and Registration noted that less than two percent of the animals recovered over a three-year time span wore tags.

MICRO-CHIP IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

UNITED WAY

Many people do not realize that you can make your donations to the Humane Society of Greenwood through The United Way at your place of employment. Just specify on your donation form that you want your funds to go to the Humane Society of Greenwood. Remember that all donations are tax deductible.

WILL INFORMATION

A bequest to the Humane Society of Greenwood will ensure the gift of life for abused and abandoned animals. Please include the work of the Humane Society in your will. Whether your estate is $5,000 or $5,000,000, preparing a Will now is in your best interest and that of the animals. Doing so, avoids many legal complications, delays and possible adverse tax consequences.
