Shona

She was found walking down a road with a shock collar embedded in her neck, but you wouldn’t know it now; our ladylike Beagle Shona’s so well healed she’ll show you her playful side, and she’s the epitome of civilized — perfectly housetrained, quiet and tranquilly affectionate, she’ll lie at your feet lovingly, and shadow you into the next room, too. At 8-healthy-years-old Shona still has puppy dog eyes, and they see nothing but companionship; she’s instant buddies with every dog and cat she meets, she’s proud to leash-walk with you and her resplendent heart will show you loyalty as you’ve never seen it before. Come meet your new sidekick Shona, and see how much everyday fun a phenomenal friend can bring.

Slim

His interest in you is as perfect as the circle on his side — the one formed by his handsome wide stripes, come see — but 2-year-old Slim may be too busy head-butting his affection and rubbing his sleek sunset-orange fur on you to get a good look at first. It takes distance between you to catch the nuances of his distinctive markings, and closing that distance is all too natural for our infinitely social tiger man. Slim was a stray, but his talent for befriending cats, dogs, kids and grownups is as deep as the pink of his nose; he was fostered for a weekend by a shelter employee and fit in so gracefully you’d think he’d lived there forever. Playful Slim’s on the small side and sure to stay that way but his outgoing personality is enormous, he’ll gladly purr you his opinion on everyday trivia, and meow you all manner of profound insights; he keeps his box tidy and himself thoughtfully groomed, the better to be snuggle-ready at a moment’s notice. Slim’s already neutered and ready to go home with you today; come claim his warmth, wit and loving fascination with all things YOU.
